With this we can offer all our landlords Absolute Rent Guarantee and also we can arrange to evict a tenant for free in the first 12 months of tenancy.
Once a tenancy has been agreed and prior to the move in date we arrange for an independent Inventory to be carried out complete with photographs. This is then followed up by a three month inspection and every six months thereafter, dependant on the length of the tenancy agreement. We can also arrange for the gas safety certificate to be carried out at the property which, you as a Landlord are responsible to acquire every 12 months.
On the day of moving in with all relevant paperwork signed and the deposit and full month's rent received in cleared funds, we will then release the keys to the new tenant.
